Group medical exercise is focused on spine, abdominal muscles and hip joints. It helps maintain proper muscle tone and joint mobility. A group of approx. 10 clients led by a physiotherapist is formed according to diagnosis – group focused on spine, hip joints, abdominal muscles, exercise with a ball, Pilates.
The exercise lasts 20 minutes or according to the prescription.
